Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Service Associate - Concierge to be a premium ambassador for the resort and the Red Sea destination, curating highly personalized, transformative experiences and coordinating with internal teams and trusted partners to deliver ultra-luxury service before arrival, during stay, and post-departure.

The role requires building VIP relationships, capturing guest preferences, and presenting curated options—from yachts and wellness retreats to culture and desert

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality or concierge services.
• Ability to build relationships with VIP guests and manage preferences.
• Strong knowledge of local experiences and partners to curate itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polished presence at the Concierge Desk and lobby.
• Record requests in the system accurately (Alliants and Unifocus).
• Anticipate guest needs and present curated experiences (yachting, diving, wellness, art, desert).
• Coordinate airport transfers, private transfers, yacht charters, and other mobility needs.
• Maintain Rosewood standards and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless experiences.
