A global technology company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for planning the delivery of orders and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will manage shipping details, supervise teams, and ensure all customs documentation is in order. Candidates should possess a degree in Supply Chain or related fields and have 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for this role.
The Logistics Coordinator plans delivery of the order/consignment to the customer/LBP’s on‑time by fulfilling all purchase order requirements and aligning with compliance and international trade regulations. He / She must master all processes related to international trade regulations, Incoterms 2020 and related country‑specific certificates needed for customs clearance at destination. He / She shall be responsible for their own safety and must respect EHS regulations. He / She must respect all Emerson trade compliance rules and ensure adherence.
