Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT operations or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client systems.
• Experience with L1/L2 support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hardware and peripheral support.
• Understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of Windows Event Viewer and log analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support Windows Server and Windows client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and peripheral-related problems.
• Support Active Directory and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs to investigate system and application issues.
• Assist with basic Microsoft SQL Server-related support tasks.
• Document incidents and support operational continuity.
• Work rotating shifts and provide on-call support when required.
