Job summary

Uasmart is seeking an experienced IT Officer to provide IT operations and technical support in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT and at least 3 years of IT support experience, with hands-on work in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will assist users, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage network basics, and contribute to information security and backup processes while pursuing professional growth and certifications to advance toward senior IT

• Provide day-to-day IT and technical support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and technical issues.
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and related technical issues.
• Support information security practices and IT infrastructure.
• Assist with data backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment.
• Support user accounts and access management.
• Assist with Active Directory administration where required.
• Support firewall and VPN-related activities.
• Maintain IT documentation and technical records.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
