Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT operations and technical support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Windows Client, AD, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Shift-based work and on-call support; local candidates preferred in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Provide operations and technical support for IT environments.
- Work with Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
- Support Windows client systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Event Viewer and application logs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and server-related issues.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP-related issues.
- Support Active Directory environments.
- Use remote desktop and ticketing tools.
- Work with basic MS SQL.
- Provide shift-based and on-call operational support.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities where required.
