Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Proven Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong AD and Group Policy management experience.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and Windows networking services.
• VMware or similar virtualization experience.
• Patch management, security best practices, and RCA/root cause analysis.
• PowerShell scripting for automation (L2 focus).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments for availability.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, OUs, permissions, and security policies.
• Configure and support Group Policy Objects across the enterprise.
• Monitor server health, capacity, service availability, and performance.
• Configure DNS/DHCP and Windows networking services.
• Perform routine patching and security compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support VMware and virtualized server environments.
• Execute backup, recovery, and DR procedures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell (L2) and drive infrastructure optimization.
• Conduct RCA and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
