Job summary

DS DeepSource is seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across Linux, Windows, and network environments in Riyadh. You will handle incident resolution and ensure operational stability for customers.

The role requires strong English fluency, solid troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication with clients and vendors. On-site presence in Saudi Arabia is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Linux/Windows L2 support experience.
• Strong networking troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in monitoring and performance analysis.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing abilities.
• Saudi national.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms.
• Monitor systems and applications and analyze issues.
• Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity problems.
• Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with higher support tiers and vendors.
• Communicate with clients for updates and resolutions.
• Implement operational improvements and preventive actions.
• Support on-site interventions when required.
