Job summary

Uasmart in Saudi Arabia seeks an Operations Support Engineer to manage critical IT systems and infrastructure in a 24×7 shift-based setting. The role targets Saudi nationals with 1-3 years of experience and a degree in IT/CS/Electronics or related field.

You will handle Windows Server administration (2019/2022/2025), Level 1-2 support, incident management, monitoring, and hardware/network troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability across on-premises assets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, Electronics, or related field.
• Saudi nationality is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 and Windows client systems.
• Provide Level 1/2 IT support, system monitoring, health checks, and incident resolution.
• Analyze Windows Event Viewer records and logs to identify issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware including PCs, servers, storage, power, biometric devices, printers, etc.
• Support network connectivity and troubleshoot TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and AD issues.
• Use remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and monitoring dashboards.
• Perform system patching, software deployment, backups, and reboots.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs to resolve incidents.
• Maintain incident documentation and SOPs, ensure security compliance.
• Support uptime and operations in a 24×7 environment.
