Job summary

VAHLE Group seeks an experienced sales professional to grow VAHLE’s business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding market share in crane, intralogistics and port sectors, and building a strong customer network across KSA.

You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft proposals and tenders. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with experience in international environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 6+ years of sales and business development experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with EOT crane industry, port equipment or logistics is a plus.
• Strong techno-commercial mindset with project sales and aftermarket experience.
• Proven ability to drive complex sales processes from plan to close.
• CRM and ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience in international business environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales penetration and market share for VAHLE in the KSA market, focusing on busbar and conductor rail systems for crane, intralogistics and port markets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for KSA.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, key accounts, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers with cross-functional teams.
• Develop a channel partner network (e.g., EPCs, distributors, integrators).
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote the VAHLE product and service portfolio.
