Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the KSA roads & highways market strategy.
• Lead client relationships with transport authorities and major developers.
• Oversee pursuit strategies, bids, pricing, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and delivery teams for execution.
• Own market P&L, forecasts, and project margin performance.
• Mentor leaders and drive a culture of collaboration and high performance.
