AtkinsRéalis Group in Riyadh seeks a KSA Market Director – Roads & Highways to shape strategy, win major infrastructure business, and lead client engagements across government and private sectors.

The role requires 25+ years in roads/transportation engineering with strong BD, leadership and KSA networks; a Master’s or MBA is preferred and professional registration is advantageous. The position is based in Riyadh with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering, MBA, or related discipline preferred.
• Professional registration (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) is an advantage.
• 25+ years of experience in roads, highways, or transportation engineering.
• 8–10 years in senior business development or market leadership in KSA.
• Strong network across KSA transport authorities, municipalities and developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the KSA roads/highways market strategy.
• Lead major pursuits and proposal strategies with robust win themes.
• Manage client relationships with transport authorities and government entities.
• Oversee bid/no-bid decisions, pricing strategies, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with design, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
• Own market P&L, forecasts, and revenue growth targets.
