Job summary
AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a KSA Market Director – Roads & Highways to lead market strategy, growth, and key account management across the transport sector. You will drive pursuits, engage with transport authorities and major developers, and align delivery teams to win and execute large road infrastructure projects.
You bring 25+ years in roads/highways, strong KSA network, and proven leadership in business development, with deep knowledge of procurement frameworks and project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering or MBA preferred.
- Professional registration is an advantage.
- Minimum 25+ years in roads/highways/transportation engineering.
- 8–10+ years in senior business development or market leadership in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the KSA roads & highways market strategy.
- Lead client relationship management with transport authorities and developers.
- Oversee major pursuits, proposals, pricing, and partnerships (JV/consortia).
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful projects.
- Own market P&L, forecasts, and margin performance; manage risks.
