Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Commercial Director in Riyadh, KSA. You will lead the commercial management of a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, financial targets, and internal governance standards.

The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, leadership, and deep understanding of engineering and consultancy services. Responsibilities include supporting Project Directors, coordinating commercial appointments, managing change control and risk registers,

Qualifications

BEng /BSc in an appropriate engineering discipline or Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognised western university.
Professional Membership (MRICS, MCIOB, MCIPS, MCIArb).
15+ years of relevant experience with a global engineering/cost consulting firm.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the commercial management of AtkinsRéalis' portfolio of projects in Saudi Arabia.
Support Project Directors in delivering projects to contractual arrangements and financial objectives.
Coordinate commercial appointments for services with other Atkins Business Sectors and sub-consultants.
Develop and manage commercial administration, monitoring and change control systems, including risk and variation registers.
Contribute to debt management and ensure consistent billing in line with contracts.
