Job summary
Atkins Realis Group is seeking a KSA Market Director Roads & Highways to drive market strategy, growth, and client engagement across the Kingdom. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory).
- 25+ years in roads/highways/transportation engineering.
- 8-10 years in senior BD, market leadership or client-facing roles in the KSA.
- Proven track record in winning and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (PPP/DB/DBO).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the KSA roads/highways market strategy and growth.
- Lead client relationships with transport authorities and major developers.
- Oversee major pursuits, proposals, and partnership models in the region.
- Coordinate with design/delivery teams to align delivery with market goals.
- Own market P&L, forecasts and project margins; assess commercial risk.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor future market leaders.
