Qualifications
- 25+ years in roads, highways, or transportation engineering.
- 8–10+ years in senior business development or market leadership in KSA.
- Proven track record in winning and delivering large infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the KSA roads and highways market strategy.
- Lead client relationship management with transport authorities and developers.
- Oversee major pursuits, bid strategies, pricing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure delivery.
- Own market P&L, forecasts, and commercial risk management.
