RAWAJ - رواج is a fast-growing FMCG distribution company based in Jeddah, responsible for bringing premium high off-take FMCG products to the Saudi market. As we enter a critical launch and scaling phase, we are seeking a smart, reliable, and detail-driven Junior Accountant to maintain strong financial discipline and support our operations with accuracy and professionalism.

This role is ideal for an early-career accountant who is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining a high level of financial integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
  • Prepare journal entries, statements, and monthly financial summaries.
  • Manage invoices, collections, and supplier payment schedules.
  • Track cash flow and support inventory-related accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to verify data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, VAT requirements, and ZATCA regulations.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management during the launch phase.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in FMCG, distribution, or trading).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Alameen, or similar systems).
  • Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations and basic analysis.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
