Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd in Riyadh seeks an experienced IVR Developer to design, build, and maintain automated telephony solutions. You will craft voice-driven applications, call flows, and multi-language menus, integrating IVR with CRM/ERP and various contact center systems.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, performance optimization, and ensuring seamless SIP/VoIP/PSTN integration. Strong knowledge of Zoom, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Twilio, and Amazon Connect is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Strong background with major contact center platforms (Zoom, Bright-pattern, Cisco & Avaya).
Design, develop and implement IVR applications tailored to organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications tailored to organizational requirements.
Build call flows, menus, prompts, and routing logic to optimize caller experience.
Integrate IVR with CRM, ERP, contact center, and ticketing systems.
Work with APIs, databases, and middleware for data-driven IVR responses.
Ensure seamless integration with telephony platforms (SIP, VoIP, PSTN).
Enable IVR to support multi-channel engagement (voice, SMS, chatbot handoff).
Conduct end-to-end testing of IVR flows before production release.
Perform load and stress testing to ensure system stability under high call volumes.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve IVR-related issues promptly.
Provide ongoing support and performance optimization of IVR systems.
