Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
8+ years of strong background in contact center technologies (Zoom, Bright Pattern, Cisco & Avaya).
Design, develop and implement IVR applications and call flows.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and implement IVR applications tailored to organizational requirements.
Build call flows, menus, prompts, and routing logic to optimize caller experience.
Develop custom IVR scripts using industry-standard tools (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Twilio, Zoom, Amazon Connect).
Integrate IVR with CRM, ERP, contact center, and ticketing systems.
Work with APIs, databases, and middleware for data-driven IVR responses.
Ensure seamless integration with SIP, VoIP, and PSTN.
Enable multi-language IVR menus and multi-channel engagement.
Conduct end-to-end testing and load testing of IVR flows.
Debug, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing support and performance optimization.
Maintain documentation and perform regular health checks.
Address vulnerabilities identified by information security team.
