Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Draft, review, and administer IT-related contracts including software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, support agreements, and subscriptions.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract repository, ensuring accurate tracking of contract terms, renewal dates, obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, service usage, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Negotiation & Compliance
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors to ensure alignment with business goals, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, IT Security, and Procurement to address contractual risks and compliance concerns.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between vendors, IT, Finance, and other internal stakeholders for all contract-related inquiries and updates.
  • Support vendor performance evaluations and contract compliance assessments.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to monitor and manage contract payment terms, cost allocations, and budget forecasting.
Renewals & Terminations
  • Proactively track and manage contract renewals, ensuring timely decision-making for continuation, renegotiation, or termination.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate services, eliminate redundancies, and optimize IT spending.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, financial commitments, compliance risks, and vendor performance.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and evidence related to IT contracts.
Required Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Basic understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk management principles in the context of IT contracts.
  • Proficient in SAP MM/Ariba and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
