About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Hygiene Executive for Health & Safety Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of hygiene and food safety policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all hotel departments.

Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits in kitchens, restaurants, stores, and back-of-house areas.

Implement, monitor, and maintain HACCP systems and critical control points.

Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on hygiene practices, food handling, and personal hygiene.

Investigate hygiene-related incidents, non-conformities, and guest complaints, and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate hygiene records, audit reports, and documentation in line with legal and brand.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• In-depth understanding of HACCP principles and food safety legislation.
• Experience in preparing hygiene reports, audits, and corrective action plans.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
