Job summary

Apparel Group seeks an HRMS Officer - System Administration to support HRMS software implementation and system configuration across the organization in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on HRMS administration, data accuracy, workflow maintenance, reporting and user support while coordinating with HR, Payroll, Accounting and Projects teams.

Qualifications

• HRMS implementation and system configuration skills are required.
• Experience with HRMS data integrity and reporting is preferred.

HRMS Implementation and Support

• Support the development and implementation of HRMS software.
• Assist with system configuration and customization according to defined business requirements.
• Follow established project processes, including system administration procedures.
• Provide employees with the required user details for HRMS access.
• Handle employee queries related to HRMS functionality and access.

Data Management and Accuracy Review

HRMS data to maintain accurate employee and organizational information. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify inconsistencies and support data integrity.

• Update employee information and documents manually within the HRMS when required.
• Maintain employee records without relying on vendor-side Excel uploads.
• Verify that employee and organizational information is complete and accurate.
• Ensure internal workflow mappings for employees are updated appropriately.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with HRMS users across Payroll, Accounting, Projects and other relevant functions to support effective system use and accurate information flow.

Reporting

Prepare HRMS reports as required and ensure information is drawn from accurately maintained system records.
