Job summary

Apparel Group seeks an HRMS Officer - System Administration to support HRMS software implementation and system configuration across the organization in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on HRMS administration, data accuracy, workflow maintenance, reporting and user support while coordinating with HR, Payroll, Accounting and Projects teams.

The candidate will ensure HRMS data integrity, handle user access, and assist in system customizations according to business requirements,

Qualifications

• HRMS implementation and system configuration skills are required.
• Experience with HRMS data integrity and reporting is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, and Projects teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HRMS software.
• Assist with system configuration and customization according to business requirements.
• Follow established project processes, including system administration procedures.
• Provide employees with the required user details for HRMS access.
• Handle employee queries related to HRMS functionality and access.
• Update HRMS data manually when required and maintain records.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of employee and organizational information.
• Ensure internal workflow mappings for employees are updated.
