Job summary

You will ensure data integrity, configure workflows, and support user access while coordinating with Payroll, Accounting, and other HR functions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HRMS implementation or administration.

• Understanding of HR workflows and approval structures.
• Experience supporting payroll or accounting-related HRMS users.
• Ability to prepare system reports.
• Confidence handling employee HRMS queries.
• Strong coordination skills when working with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and development of HRMS software across the organization.
• Assist with HRMS configuration and customization according to changing business requirements.
• Review employee and organizational data in the HRMS to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Conduct periodic data checks and audits to identify incorrect, incomplete, or outdated records.
• Maintain data integrity across employee profiles, organizational structures, and related HR information.
• Follow established project processes and system administration procedures.
• Coordinate with HRMS users across Payroll, Accounting, Projects, and other relevant functions.
• Update employee information and supporting documents directly within the HRMS.
• Reduce dependence on vendor-side spreadsheet uploads by maintaining records accurately through the system.
• Create and provide employee user details required for HRMS access.
• Support employee access issues and ensure users can reach appropriate HRMS functions.
• Maintain internal workflow mapping for employees according to current organizational requirements.
• Update approval structures and workflow relationships when employee or organizational changes occur.
• Prepare HRMS reports for operational and management requirements.
• Assist stakeholders in obtaining accurate system information for HR and business reporting.
• Respond to employee queries related to HRMS access, records, workflows, and system usage.
• Investigate routine HRMS issues and coordinate resolution with relevant users or technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement of HRMS processes based on operational requirements.
• Help ensure system information remains aligned with current employee and organizational changes.
