Job summary

NHC Innovation in Saudi Arabia seeks an HRIS professional to manage and optimize HRIS activities, ensuring data integrity and aligned processes with IT. You will coordinate updates, validate data, and generate insightful HR analytics.

The role involves collaboration with IT and HR teams, system testing, and documentation to support governance and decision-making. A 2–4 year experience range is expected for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, MIS, Information Systems, IT, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HRIS or HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Executes HRIS activities within approved frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with IT to implement updates and resolve issues.
• Monitors system performance and follows up on incidents for timely resolution.
• Manages user access and permissions per security policies.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity through continuous validation.
• Conducts periodic data reviews to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Manages data import/export between HRIS and other systems with IT support.
• Prepares regular and ad-hoc HR reports for decision-making.
• Develops HR dashboards to monitor key HR metrics.
• Supports attendance, leave, and payroll processes via HRIS.
• Participates in system testing (UAT) and validates new features before deployment.
• Documents HRIS procedures and changes for governance and knowledge retention.
• Trains HR users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Identifies automation opportunities and process improvements in HR operations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align HRIS with business needs.
