GEA Grade in Medina is seeking an HR Analyst to support HR projects and day-to-day operations. You will maintain accurate employee data, ensure confidentiality, and produce insights through data analysis and dashboards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years’ HR experience in KSA, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools, and excellent English communication.
Your tasks Support the HR Manager in the execution of HR projects initiatives and day-to-day operations Maintain accurate HR records and employee data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance Collect analyze and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations Prepare periodic HR reports dashboards metrics and management presentations Generate workforce analytics related to recruitment employee turnover headcount absenteeism and other HR KPIs Assist in recruitment coordination onboarding activities and employee lifecycle administration Coordinate HR communications documentation and administrative processes Support policy implementation and ensure adherence to company procedures Collaborate with departments to gather information required for HR reporting and initiatives Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven solutions
Your profile Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the KSA This position is preferably for Saudi Nationals. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations in the KSA Excellent data analysis and reporting skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proven experience preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools Knowledge of workforce planning and HR metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
