Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an HR–IT Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors) for Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to administer and optimize core HR systems, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with HR and IT teams.

You will configure modules, generate HR reports and dashboards, conduct data audits, troubleshoot issues, test upgrades, and train users while documenting processes and supporting system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Experience in report creation, data audits, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with integrations and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, and Learning.
• Configure system and maintain HR data accurately.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decisions and compliance.
• Conduct regular data audits for system integrity and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT and vendor support.
• Assist in testing new features and upgrades, including end-to-end testing.
• Support rollout of enhancements and provide user training.
• Document configurations and processes as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR tech usage.
