Job summary

NHC Innovation is seeking a Data & AI Supervisor to oversee data management and AI initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of data professionals, drive data quality and governance, and deploy analytics and AI solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on expertise in data analytics and ML frameworks to translate business needs into impactful data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of data tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise data and AI operations, including data analysis, reporting, and model deployment.
• Manage and guide data analysts, engineers, and AI specialists.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee development and implementation of AI/ML models.
• Translate business needs into data and AI solutions.
• Monitor performance of data systems, dashboards, and AI models.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and business value.
