Novotel Madinah, part of the Accor group, seeks an organized HR Coordinator to support HR operations in Madinah. You will manage employee records, assist with compliance, onboarding and benefits, and act as a liaison among employees, managers, and HR leadership.

The role requires at least two years in HR coordination, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with HR systems. Fluency in English is essential; hospitality experience is a plus. This is an on-site position based in Madinah.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of HR coordination or HR administration experience.
• Experience with HR management systems and payroll software.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

• Coordinate employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with HR compliance reporting, data reconciliation, and audits with HR & payroll teams.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup.
• Administer benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist recruitment activities: scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
• Disseminate HR policies and updates across the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Provide administrative support on HR projects, audits, and communications.
• Identify recurring HR issues and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Support HR initiatives promoting engagement and inclusive culture.
