Job summary

Andalus Gate Holding in Riyadh is seeking an on-site Human Resources Supervisor. You will oversee daily HR operations, support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records to ensure a compliant workplace.

Responsibilities include guiding managers on HR policies, managing performance processes, coordinating training, and ensuring labor regulation compliance while promoting an inclusive culture within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and HR management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong skills in employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Experience with performance management processes, goal setting, and evaluations.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and maintain a compliant workplace.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Guide managers on HR policies and employee relations.
• Assist with performance management, evaluations, and development plans.
• Coordinate training initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs aligned with business goals.
• Promote a fair, inclusive culture and support organizational growth.
