The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and supporting talent management initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations and administrative processes.
• Handle all HR-related activities through government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem).
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Supervise performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations.
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and Saudi labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.
• Previous experience in team leadership and HR operations.
