Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking an HRMS specialist responsible for software implementation across the organization, configuring and customizing the system to meet business requirements.

You will support HRMS operations, review upgrades, perform root-cause analysis, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with payroll, accounting and projects to align HR functions with annual goals.

The role also includes knowledge sharing, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRMS systems and data integrity.
• Experience with HRMS upgrades and patches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HRMS, including researching resolving HRMS problems and ensuring data flows.
• Assist in review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
• Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshooting and decision making in HRMS issues.
• Support HRMS system upgrades and new module functionality implementations.
• Deliver technical documentation and design documents.
• Following all project processes including system administration and data audits.
• Collaborate with HRMS users, Payroll, Accounting, Projects.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and encourage training.
• Deliver required HRMS reports and documents.

Job description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement

Project Excellence

• Provide support for HRMS including but not limited to researching of resolving HRMS problems unexpected results and process flows performs scheduled activities of alternate methods to meet requirements
• Assist in the review testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches
• Conduct Root cause analysis Troubleshooting Problem-solving and Decision making in HRMS related issues
• Supports HRMS system upgrades and new module functionality implementation
• Effective technical documentation investigation reports design documents

Process excellence

• Following all processes defined in the project including system administration
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits
• Collaborate with other HRMS users Payroll Accounting Projects etc
• Collaborate with HC Department plan develop organize implement and evaluate the Human Resource organization functions and annual goals

Other

• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team and companywide
• Encouraging team members for training for the benefit of the system functioning
• Delivery of required reports and HRMS documents
• Performs all tasks and job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Performs other related duties as assigned
