Job summary

Tawantech is seeking a Senior HRSD Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution delivery across HR service delivery initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, HR service delivery, and HR technology, with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and external partners to drive standardized, automated, and efficient HR services.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for HRSD transformation, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders and process owners.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and HRSD platform capabilities.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and HR policies.
• Support the design and implementation of HR services, workflows, case management, employee self-service, knowledge management, and lifecycle processes.
• Define and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with HR business users during UAT and support defect resolution.
• Support solution deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production enhancements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, process gaps, and potential impacts and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work with integration teams to define requirements for HRSD integrations with HRIS, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
• Support change management, training, communications, and user adoption activities.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate business impacts and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure solutions follow HR governance, security, compliance, data privacy, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR service delivery and employee experience.

Position Overview

The Senior HRSD Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving HR service delivery processes and technology solutions to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

The role acts as a key link between HR business stakeholders, HR operations, IT teams, solution architects, developers, and external implementation partners, ensuring that HR business needs are clearly understood, documented, translated into system requirements, and successfully delivered.

The Senior HRSD Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution assessment, fit-gap analysis, testing, and implementation activities across HRSD initiatives. The role will also identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes, improve self-service capabilities, standardize HR services, and increase operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of HR processes, HR Service Delivery, business analysis methodologies, and HR technology, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
