Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM specialist in Riyadh to support the corporate HR and Payroll systems. You will drive requirements, design solutions, and oversee deployment across modules including Self-Services, Absence, Payroll, and Talent Management.

The role requires a bachelor’s/master’s in CS or MIS and at least six years in HCMS Oracle Fusion bundles, with strong techno-functional and reporting skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or MIS.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HCMS Oracle fusion bundle.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Oracle Fusion HCM function by developing corporate HR requirements and oversees solutions.
• Ensure all demands in Oracle Fusion HCMS modules are met and manage rollout activities.
• Oversee Self-Services, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
• Define system requirements and design solutions; configure software for reports, formulas and reports.
• Develop specifications, gap analyses, technical designs and process flows for configuration.
• Ensure smooth development, integration, and implementation with timely delivery.
• Perform day-to-day system maintenance, upgrades and bug testing.
• Optimize system use and train employees; organize training programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Providing support to the Oracle fusion HCM function: Developing the Corporate HR Department’s requirements and ideas and developing the oversees solutions for any shortcomings and ensuring the HCM Bundle runs as smoothly, and efficiency as required by the corporate of HR Department and Payroll Department.
• Responsible for ensuring all demands are met in Oracle Fusion HCMS Modules, Oracle fusion HCMS activities and manages the deliverables around the rollout of the annual performance review/ Salary review processes ETC. ensures involved core oracle fusion HCMS:
• Self-Services
• Absence Management
• OTL
• Payroll
• Workflow
• Approval Management
• Talent Management
• ORC
• Learning

3 Responsible to define system requirements, design the purpose solutions, configure the software to generate the new reports, formulas, functions and reports as need it.

4 Develop and deliver requirements specifications, Gap analysis, technical designs, software mapping documents, and process flows for application configuration, interface and conversion.

5 Make sure the development/ integration/ implementation process goes smoothly from start to finish and successful and timely implementation. Also ensure that efficiency of integration between HR and finance related to cost factors have successfully completed and any other integration with Payroll module like time attendance working with the proper way.

6 Make sure that all testing process of the software is not difficult to analyze any errors, correction and easy to modify.

7 Responsible for performing day-to- day maintenance in the system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing bugs.

8 Responsible for optimizing the system for easy use, and training employees in its functions, organize training programs to educate employees as efficiency and possible.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or Management Information System.
• Minimum 6 Years Experience in HCMS Oracle fusion Bundall.

Language:

Arabic and English is a must

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ERP Concepts, Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC.
• Proper software analysis, Develop design specifications for programs and present plan of action to management.
• Expert in techno function and have experience about the formula writing.
