Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking an HRMS specialist to drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of our HRMS software across the group. You will tailor configurations and customizations to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with related systems.

You will review data for accuracy, administer the system, maintain data integrity for employee and organization records, and support HRMS users across payroll, accounting, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing HRMS software
• Assist in data review in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy
• Following all processes defined in the project including system administration
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits
• Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
• Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side
• Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access
• Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly
• Report preparation
• Handles queries related to HRMS for employees

POSITION OBJECTIVE
