Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in Riyadh to design, deliver and oversee hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals and industry standards. You will monitor performance, maintain records, and foster a culture of leadership and hospitality.

You’ll lead a team, coach team members, and ensure compliance with safety, diversity, and quality standards while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and delivering corporate training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs: design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
• Monitor and review performance with department managers and trainers to drive improvements.
• Deliver continuous improvement by assessing existing initiatives and recommending enhancements.
• Manage training records using designated systems and tools.
• Oversee department-specific training such as alcohol awareness, food safety, and job skills checklists.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and fostering a positive work environment.
