Job summary

Hilton in Riyadh is seeking a Learning & Development Supervisor to lead the design and delivery of team training aligned with corporate goals. You will assess needs, create and update courses, and manage the training budget to maximize ROI while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.

You will supervise program delivery, monitor performance, maintain training records, and collaborate with departments to raise skills across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in L&D or HR with designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Skilled in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training methods (e-learning, blended learning).
• Proficient in assessing training effectiveness and aligning programs with business goals.
• Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital training tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written skills; able to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging training trends.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to identify needs and support performance improvement.
• Capable of managing training teams and multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs: Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
• Monitor and review performance: Hold meetings with managers, trainers, and staff to review trends and create action plans.
• Deliver continuous improvement: Assess existing initiatives and recommend enhancements for department needs.
• Manage training records: Track, maintain, and audit training records using designated systems.
• Oversee departmental training programs: Manage department-specific training such as alcohol awareness, food safety, and education.
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise staff, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
