Job summary

Sofitel in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead and coordinate hotel training initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Experience of 2 years in L&D roles within the hospitality industry with track record.
• Proven progressive work-related experience in managing and directing the development and delivery of learning or organization development programs in a multi-unit organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage L&D programs across the hotel.
• Coordinate performance reviews for supervisory staff with People & Culture.
• Develop and update training manuals and tools per field in collaboration with Regional Office.
• Organize distribution of Training Certificates.
• Monitor guest feedback and compile measures for improvement.
• Ensure quality reporting and create monthly training, quality, and business summaries.
