Hilton Saudi Arabia is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate and support onboarding, training programs, mandatory learning, and employee development. You will work with departments to identify training needs and maintain accurate training records.

The role involves monitoring completion of learning programs, preparing training reports and KPIs, and supporting internships, employer partnerships, and career growth initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with LMS is preferred.
• Good command of English and Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate L&D programs and training activities.
• Support new joiner onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate mandatory and job-specific training.
• Identify and follow up on training needs with departments.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance.
• Monitor completion of required learning programs.
• Prepare training reports and KPIs.
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives.
• Coordinate internship, Tamheer, and trainee programs.
• Support Hilton learning platforms and digital training.
• Collect training feedback and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers and training providers.
• Support career fairs, workshops, and university partnerships.
• Ensure training activities follow Hilton standards and policies.
