Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead core HR operations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will support employee development, ensure effective implementation of HR policies, and drive a strong, inclusive culture across the organization.

The role focuses on recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy compliance to support sustainable growth in a dynamic tourism and hospitality context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar role.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.
• Proven experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational needs
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and new-hire integration
• Manage performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and employee development
• Oversee employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
• Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee records
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation, reports, and personnel records
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes to support business growth
• Stay up to date with HR trends, employment regulations, and industry best practices
