Olayan Food Division in Riyadh is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring guests receive a welcoming, consistent dining experience and uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will develop the team, manage staffing and operating costs, drive sales and profitability, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining compliance with company policies and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee restaurant training initiatives and ensure proper execution of training programs.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant.
• Drive overall restaurant performance and sales-building activities.
• Manage monthly Profit and Loss statement results and required actions.
• Provide opportunities for team members to contribute to improvement and knowledge sharing.
