The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, excellent leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support restaurant teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
• Monitor inventory, procurement processes, and cost control measures.
