A leading e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Head of Commercial to drive commercial strategy and market growth. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of commercial leadership experience, particularly in the retail or e-commerce landscape. You will lead demand planning and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering data-driven insights. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI are essential for this role, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

To accelerate this next chapter, we are hiring a Head of Commercial (Saudi Arabia) , a strategic and commercially driven leader who can bring structure, speed, and discipline across sales, planning, pricing, forecasting, and overall commercial performance in the KSA market.
This role is pivotal. You will shape our Saudi commercial strategy, align cross-functional teams, and enable decisions that directly impact growth, margin health, demand visibility, and long-term sustainability. We’re looking for someone who blends analytical strength with strong market intuition—comfortable with complexity, proactive in problem-solving, and ready to build, challenge, and steer the business forward.
Commercial Strategy & Market Growth
Build and execute Saudi-focused commercial plans that grow category performance, marketplace contribution, and customer wallet share.
Analyze local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive activity to guide strategic priorities and flag emerging risks or opportunities.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Lead the end-to-end demand planning cycle for the KSA market with inputs from cross-functional teams.
Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts that support inventory health, sales visibility, and financial planning.
Pricing & Profitability
Own pricing strategy, competitive bench marking, and price governance for the Saudi market.
Balance competitiveness and margin through structured pricing models and commercial investment optimization.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Drive annual and monthly IBP cycles for Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment between local commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams.
Set targets, manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and provide clear commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
A commercially astute, analytical leader with the ability to influence across teams and bring clarity to complex, fast-moving environments.
Adept at working with senior stakeholders and translating insights into executable commercial plans.
Strong at building relationships, communicating with impact, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Experience
5–7+ years in commercial leadership roles, ideally covering commercial planning, merchandise planning, FP&A, pricing, forecasting, or similar fields.
Demonstrated success developing commercial strategies, managing forecasting cycles, optimizing pricing, or leading financial performance initiatives.
Experience in the Saudi retail or e-commerce landscape is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Master’s degree (MBA / MSc) preferred but not mandatory.
Analytical & Technical Skills
Strong analytical and modelling ability across forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
High proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
Experience with tools such as SAP IBP, JDA, or TM1 is a strong advantage.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent communicator with the ability to present data-backed insights and influence decision-making across senior levels.
Strong collaboration skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
