Job description
ROLE PURPOSE

The primary purpose of this role is to grow the English Path brand in Riyadh by driving B2B and B2G sales. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring corporate clients, securing government contracts through tender applications, and promoting English Path courses for adults, young learners, and pathway programs.

This role is sales-driven, with less emphasis on marketing and more on building strategic partnerships and generating revenue through corporate and institutional channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive B2B and B2G sales by identifying, targeting, and acquiring corporate clients and government entities.
  • Apply for and manage tender processes to secure government contracts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for Riyadh in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in corporations, government bodies, and educational institutions.
Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local universities, schools, and colleges to promote English Path courses, with a focus on pathway programs.
  • Collaborate with local agents and the Global Sales Team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into contracts.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide regular sales and budget reports to senior management.
  • Maintain awareness of developments in the English language education sector.
Operational Support
  • Support the Centre Manager as needed, including welcoming guests and visitors.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks to support the Riyadh team.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.

Experience:
