Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage (F&B) service.
• Experience in a ski resort in Europe is highly desirable.
• Food handling certificate desired.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as per management needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver tailored service to establish food and beverage outlets as a key destination.
• Maintain excellence in service quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of restaurant management software

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
