Responsibilities

• Ensure grooming standards are followed at all times.
• Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
• Be familiar with the beverage service including glasses and garnishes.
• Follow up restaurants financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets on a daily basis.
• Anticipate and service of guests' requirements at all times.
• Use opening and closing checklists for smooth service.
• Present menus proactively and serve beverages and meals professionally.
• Maintain HACCP & FIFO standards as required by regional governing body.
• Report guest feedback via the glitch system and keep management updated.
