Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess or in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Professional appearance, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation and table management systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables ensuring smooth seating flow.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table rotations using the restaurant’s booking system.
• Provide menus and inform guests of specials, promotions or events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and hostess desk.
• Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints or special requests politely and professionally.
• Support promotional and community events in the restaurant.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
• Collaborate closely with servers, chefs and managers to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Represent KH's culture of care, hospitality and inclusivity.
• Use digital reservation tools to optimize table management and guest flow.
