Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all spa guests warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Manage spa reservations: confirm bookings and coordinate with therapists on schedules.
• Provide information on treatments, wellness services, and facilities, answering guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the spa reception and relaxation areas.
• Upsell treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support spa team members in delivering seamless operations.
• Build genuine relationships with guests by anticipating needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and wellness team members.
• Use spa booking systems and digital tools to streamline guest services.
