• Fluency in the local language; extra languages helpful but not essential.
• Literate and tech-savvy; good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Kick off memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Make the check-in and check-out process swift and seamless.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be our guests’ trusted contact – help with bill issues and restaurant recommendations.
