Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hospitality operations or related facilities management.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing day-to-day site operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest experience focus.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing SLAs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage front-of-house operations, resident or guest enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with facilities management teams, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and external service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the centre is clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Manage operational budgets, expenses, resources, and service contracts in line with business requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, emergency procedures, and relevant operational policies.
• Coordinate events, resident activities, and hospitality services to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with management, residents, tenants, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain positive relationships.
