Job summary

A luxurious resort in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented and experienced Resort Manager to join our team. You will oversee all resort operations, including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and financial planning, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities include maximizing revenue, managing front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security; training staff; creating budgets; and ensuring safety and cleanliness of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years in a managerial role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Proven budgeting skills and revenue growth track record, ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage all departments within the resort including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and security.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed to maintain high service levels.
• Create budgets and financial plans for the resort with cost-control measures.
• Oversee hiring, training and scheduling of staff members.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of all facilities.
